This year’s Mandela Month requires that people share and demonstrate their generosity while taking precaution in line with the Covid-19 lockdown regulations. With South Africa now ranked sixth Covid-19 stricken country in the world, the virus has left people wondering how to creatively participate in this year’s Mandela Month programmes to lend a helping hand and show compassion to the less fortunate.
We would like to hear how you will play your part during the 2020 Mandela Month. Send us pictures, showcasing what you have done to advance this year’s #HisLegacyLivesOn #ActionAgainstPoverty theme. We also invite suggestions on how Gauteng News and its readers can work together to assist the less fortunate while abiding by the level three lockdown regulations.
It’s all hands-on deck, we look forward to partner with the Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development’s #GDARDCares initiative. The GDARDCares and #GNCarespartnership will require your active participation and meaningful contribution to demonstrate commitment to make a difference in whatever way we can.
We invite your inputs on how to grow and make meaningful impact to better the lives of Gauteng citizens and beyond, especially during the financial constraints and limited opportunities due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
