TLAKULA SECONDARY SCHOOL LEARNERS IN KWATHEMA RECEIVE REUSABLE PADS

Tlakula Secondary school grade 11 girls received a pleasant surprise when they received Palesa pads
on Monday morning.
Halos&Hope an organization that assist the less fortunate and the welfare of animals sponsored the
visit. This is after the school had made a request for the donation.
Palesa pads delivered 130 packs with three pads combo of Palesa Reusable sanitary pads.
The pads can be washed and reused for up to 5 years, with the absence of chemicals in the pads
result in fewer skin irritation.
The girls were shown how to use the pads by the CEO of Palesa Pads, Sherie De Wet and her team.
”The pads will change the lives of the girls because for the next 5 years they do not have to worry
about the cost of buying pads”, said de Wet.
The donation was part of the #keepachildatschool.
