Boitumelo Food Parcel Foundation changing lives

Boitumelo Food Parcel Foundation was founded this year by Mzwakhe Bolotina, a 16 year old boy from Mosupatsela Secondary School in Kagiso. He is also running for the Mr Kagiso beauty pageant. He was inspired by his upbringing as a young boy who lost his mother when he was only three years old.

The foundation was created this year and Bolotina has been uplifting his community ever since.

“After my mother died life was very difficult for me and my sister. Some of our family members ill-treated us and fought for ownership of the house we lived in. At a later stage we found ourselves living in the streets.  Thanks to my experiences and challenges that I have faced I’m a better person today. The obstacles shaped me to be the man that I am today”, said Mzwakhe who spoke to Gauteng News.

The Boitumelo Food Parcel Foundation recently donated food to Kgoitseone organization in Kagiso and on Saturday they will be donating food parcels in Chiawelo Soweto to the disadvantaged and underprivileged people.

“When I donated food parcels in Kagiso it was with the help of my community members who contributed to the needy around my area. My biggest supporter and role model is Naomi Malema who is one of the finalists for Miss Africa 2020.” said Mzwakhe.
